Available Services
Diagnosis: $195 (per issue)
Our Porsche certified technicians do more than just read codes or throw parts at a problem. We use Porsche certified diagnostic equipment and the system-driven diagnostic tools and knowledge base to accurately diagnose and repair your vehicle. Then we function test the failing part to isolate and confirm the problem. We get the repair done right, the first time, without replacing unnecessary parts.
Air Conditioning Diagnosis: $299 (diagnosis)
To properly diagnose an air conditioning issue, we must evacuate and capture all remaining refrigerant in the system, we measure how much came out, and then re-fill to the factory-specified level. We will also introduce a dye to the refrigerent so that leaks can be detected. If leaks are slow enough that they cannot be seen immediately, the client can return within two weeks for a complimentary leak inspection.
Aftermarket Warranties:
Porsche Charleston works with all Aftermarket Warranty companies. In the event of a claim, we must first diagnose the problem and contact the warranty provider before we will know if the claim is covered or not. Therefore the client be responsible for any diagnosis fees incurred in the event that the issue is not fully covered. Porsche Charleston will work directly with the warranty provider for payment on approved claims.

Victor began his career in food/beverage starting in the late 80’s in Hilton Head Island, SC, and in the mountains of western North Carolina. Happy to return to the SC coast, he graduated from Johnson & Wales University Charleston in 1991 and worked in the thriving downtown restaurant scene. After adventures in the gourmet coffee/coffee equipment industry and in the real estate development field (supervising commercial and high-end residential development in the U.S. territory of St. Thomas, VI), Victor arrived at Baker Motor Company in 1999, where he has been involved with the best premium automotive brands in the world. Having worked with Mercedes, Maserati, Jag/Land Rover, Rolls Royce, Alfa Romeo and Infiniti, Victor has returned to the brand that initially captured and has maintained his enthusiasm since 1999, Porsche.
Jeff was born and raised in San Diego, CA and has always been a Porsche enthusiast. As a child, he’d watch endurance racing with his father and always found himself cheering for the cars from Weissach. He attended San Diego State University and majored in English Literature. After college, he decided to pursue career in the automotive field and attended Universal Technical Institute in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with an eye toward reaching the pinnacle of automotive excellence, Porsche. He moved to Charleston in 2014 and worked his way into his dream job: service advisor at Porsche Charleston.
Glo was born in San Diego CA and raised in Long beach CA. Prior to coming to Porsche Charleston, she worked for Porsche Long Beach for 3 years. She moved to South Carolina in September of 2022 and has been with Porsche Charleston since then. Glo was a cheerleader in high school and went to college at Southwestern Oregon. Her hobbies include traveling, singing , dancing, cooking, drawing and fashion.
